Awful wasn’t fixed took money before going over potential problems. I have been in car business my adult life and a fair solution wasn’t offered

Fair pricing, accurate diagnosis, and great service. Lesly was kind, patient, and very professional. They brought my old car back to life — I had almost forgotten how it was supposed to drive. Highly recommend!

I want to say thank you to Juan Zavala for helping me out! He has worked on all my vehicles including family. And we are always highly satisfied. Highly recommend working with them. Always has my vehicles done when he says they will be done! Very professional!

My son had car issues while away at school in Flagstaff, and since we didn’t have a mechanic there, we weren’t sure where to go. From the moment we contacted Brake Masters Flagstaff (#121), the staff was incredibly responsive and helpful. It turned out that parts installed by another shop were defective and not under warranty — very frustrating — but Juan and the technicians took the time to clearly explain everything and walk us through all of our options. They even sent detailed pictures of the issues, which helped us understand exactly what was going on. They also found several problems left over from the previous work and gave us honest advice on what should be fixed to avoid bigger issues down the road. We decided to have them redo the prior work using better-quality parts, and the car has never run better since. We’re grateful for their honesty, communication, and professionalism. It’s a relief to find a shop you can trust—especially from far away. I highly recommend Brake Masters Flagstaff #121 to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and skilled service!

A gem of a place on the road! We are traveling across the country. We noticed that our SUV was acting sluggish when we would start it and the first time it wouldn't start we were in the dessert! It finally started so we thought it was the battery so we left it running all the time. Once we got to Flagstaff they checked the systems and we found out it was the starter. So a local recommend Break Masters and we must say thy were wonderful. We couldn't get it in that day but they took us the next morning and had ordered the parts. We took it in by the time they opened at 8 am & they text at 11:15 am that it was ready! We are so happy! Juan the manager was so helpful and nice he really knew his stuff. We would highly recommend Break Master! What I have learned, sometimes a little bad luck can bring to some wonderful endings and nice people!
